Our mental health program, MindStep, uses cognitive behavioural therapy to complement the care you receive from your GP, psychologist or psychiatrist. Delivered over the phone by trained mental health coaches, the confidential program uses evidence-based techniques that improve mental health and wellbeing.
The results speak for themselves – around 75% of all graduates show a measurable improvement in their mental health or recover completely. Patient feedback and program reports are overwhelmingly positive.
